Hello, JUKIPER!
I have spent ten years in the field doing software and infrastructure work: virtualization platforms, orchestration engines, provisioning pipelines, self-service portals. I kept other people's products running.
JUKIPER is the workbench I set up to build my own.
Two things
JUKIPER does two things. There is no third:
It builds products. Tools that come out of problems I actually ran into in the field. Few but sharp — not a catalogue, just a handful of things that do their job. Each product will live on its own site.
It writes down how. This blog is not a showcase, it is the workbench. Why I made a call, what I got wrong, which number I measured. No polish.
What it is not
Not an agency. I am not turning your idea into a product; I am building my own. The difference matters: everything you see here is work I use myself and am on the hook for.
I also do not open source everything. If a small tool turns out to be worth sharing, I will open it — but that is not a promise.
What is on the blog
- AI — research, experiments, what working with models teaches
- Automation — AI automation and orchestration: workflows, agents, control planes
- DevOps — platforms, pipelines, being on call, and where AI meets all three
- Product building — from idea to launch, notes from the workbench
- Entrepreneurship — running the studio: decisions, the business side, the road
Every post exists in both languages. Not a literal translation — the same substance, each language in its own voice.
Right now
Nothing has shipped yet. Two products are on the workbench, and they will show up here when they are ready. Until then, this blog is the work.
Let the work speak.
